1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the sq999 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). sq999 is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on sq999, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In any legal matter, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use sq999's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must register with your real identity and must not provide false information.
  • You must be the owner of a valid and active mobile banking or bank account.
  • The same person may not create multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be cancelled.
  • You must place bets entirely of your own free will and with your own money.

sq999 reserves the right to verify identity at any time. A copy of your national identity card or other government-issued ID may be requested if needed.

3. Account Registration and Management

When creating an account on sq999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility.

3.1 Login and Security

Keeping your login details (username and password) confidential is your responsibility. Do not share this information with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the sq999 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation

sq999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account for the following reasons:

  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the system.
  • Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
  • Any violation of these Terms.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing money on sq999:

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
  • You must use a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources are not accepted.
  • The deposit amount will be added to your account only after verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • The withdrawal account must match the deposit account.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is completed.
  • If identity verification is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
Bank Transfer: For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

Bonus and Wagering Terms

5. Welcome Bonus and Promotion Policy

sq999 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply to this bonus and all future promotions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

  • 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
  • Each new account is eligible to receive this bonus only once.
  • The registration process must be completed before the bonus is activated.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

  • Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25.
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
  • The wagering contribution rate may vary across different games.
  • If wagering is not completed within the set time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonuses, such as bonus hunting or attempting to complete wagering through any automated method, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

VIP Programme and Betting Rules

6. VIP Programme

sq999's VIP programme is divided into five levels. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

It is possible to gradually advance to higher VIP levels based on your activity and participation on the platform. sq999 reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of each level.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules must always be followed when placing bets on sq999:

7.1 General Betting Rules

  • A bet that has been placed cannot generally be cancelled, unless a technical error is identified.
  • If the outcome of any bet is affected by a server or connection issue, sq999's decision shall be considered final.
  • If a technical error is proven to have affected a game result, that round may be declared void.

7.2 Sports Betting

  • Once a bet on a sports event is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet may be refunded or settled according to the applicable rules.
  • During live betting, market odds are subject to change; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

7.3 Casino and Live Games

  • The results of all casino games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • Game providers undergo regular audits to ensure fair play.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sq999:

  • Playing through bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Exploiting bonuses or promotions collectively or in an organised manner.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or disturbing other users.
  • Unauthorised use of sq999's intellectual property, trademarks, or content.
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance.

12. Limitation of Liability

However, if you continue to use the platform after new terms have been published, you will be considered to have automatically accepted the updated terms.
